Facial Acupuncture
A Natural and Safe Choice

Cosmetic Acupuncture | Rejuvenation

Facial Acupuncture is a full essential treatment that views the face as an extension of the meridians of the body.  These meridians flow from the soles of the feet to the crown of the head. When the face is needled, blood flow and Qi carries nutrients to the cells. The body then interprets the insertion of needles as a “positive injury,” micro-trauma which as a result will stimulate fibroblasts and increase collagen output.

Who would benefit from this procedure?

Anyone can benefit from Cosmetic Acupuncture! Male or female, young or young-at-heart! Cosmetic Acupuncture is for anyone who wants to slow or delay the natural aging process.

The best candidates are people in their mid 30`s and older. This is the age when collagen and elastin levels in the skin begin to decrease. The earlier people start treating themselves with cosmetic acupuncture, the better the long-term results are going to be. This is not to say that more mature people cannot also gain the benefits of treatment, although it is easier to prevent rather than to correct.

Cosmetic Acupuncture is not suitable for pregnant women. However, post-partum treatments can help with stretch marks, reducing the appearance of scars, and boosting your energy and immune system.

How Aging Occurs and How Acupuncture can help?
